Investors Further Accelerate Growth with 2016 Investment
Tulsa, OK, March 31, 2016 – Saltus Technologies, LLC, provider of the industry-leading digiTICKET® eCitation solution, announced today a strategic investment to further accelerate the exceptional growth seen over the past three years.
digiTICKET license sales increased by over 65% in 2015, and the annual average growth rate has exceeded 55% over each of the past 3 years. Consequently, the Saltus Technology Board of Directors has approved a three-year growth plan that includes additional investment from Mimosa Tree Capital Partners to focus on product research and development, acceleration of sales, adding additional deployment staff, and strengthening Saltus’ industry leading customer support.
Starting with four customers in 2010, Saltus now has 135 agencies that have licensed digiTICKET in 15 states. Over 5,000 end users issue and process over 75,000 eCitations and warnings each month. Agencies ranging in size from three sworn officers to 500 state troopers are able to transfer electronic ticket data to over thirty-five different records and court case management systems. Agencies can purchase a turnkey digiTICKET solution with all required hardware or use their existing equipment. Additionally, many of Saltus’ current customers use Saltus’ digiTICKET Solution as a Service (dSaaS) procurement model, deploying the turnkey solution with no upfront cost.
“We attribute our success to focusing always on the customer first. We strive to provide the best customer service while being the easiest company to work with in this market,” said Eric Fultz, president and CEO of Saltus Technologies. “Mimosa Tree has been very supportive and I look forward to the significant impacts the additional investment will make to our product and sales growth strategies as we move forward in 2016 and beyond.”
“Eric and almost all of his senior leadership have been with Saltus since we launched it,” said Joel Kantor, managing partner of Mimosa Tree Capital Partners. “We’re proud of the overall team they’ve built, and our investment will enable them to bring additional talent on board and continue to provide industry-leading customer support and enhancements.”
Using digiTICKET, officers scan information directly from a violator’s driver’s license, improving data accuracy and reducing the time spent in hazardous roadside situations. Once data is entered in the system, it is automatically available for police records and court software – without the need for redundant data entry.
