Developer of the digiTICKET® Electronic Ticketing Solution Reaches Significant Milestone with Dedicated Employees and Highly Satisfied Customers
Tulsa, OK, February 21, 2020 – Saltus Technologies, provider of the industry-leading digiTICKET® eCitation software solution, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this month. After launching the product in 2010, Saltus now has over 260 customers in 17 states.
Focused on building a highly configurable and reliable solution, while striving to provide the best customer care in the industry, the original Saltus management team has remained in-tact. The digiTICKET eCitation platform improves officer safety by reducing time required for the citation process, eliminates handwriting errors, and improves efficiencies throughout the ticketing process. Over the past decade, Saltus has partnered with hardware vendors, law enforcement records applications, and court case management providers to build end-to-end solutions for eCitations while capturing valuable incident data.
Over this time, digiTICKET has been deployed across the United States to municipal, state, and university law enforcement. The solution has been used to issue over 6 million traffic, parking, and code enforcement violations and warnings. The scalable solution is currently deployed to both small and large agencies. digiTICKET provides a stable and extremely flexible technology platform which integrates easily with other applications.
